Our faculty, writers, and editors have made every effort to ensure that information contained in our courses conform to accepted standards of care at the time of publication.

As new laws and protocols are developed, the appropriate revisions will be made, but bear in mind that changes in health care delivery can occur rapidly, and it is the responsibility of individual health care providers to use their knowledge and experience to determine the best course of action for patients. Further, the recommendations contained in our courses do not in any way represent a legal or medical opinion of federal, state, or local law.
